In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on dax68, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dax68 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. This age threshold reflects the higher legal and social maturity standard adopted by the Operator for the Indonesian market.
• You must be an individual natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be self-excluded from the dax68 Platform, nor have been permanently excluded following a prior violation of these Terms.
• You must not be located in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

To place wagers or access real-money features on dax68, you must create a registered Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will promptly update your Account information if any of the above details change.
• You are registering only one Account. dax68 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate Accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.
• You will not share your Account credentials with any other person and will take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

dax68 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account approval is at the Operator's sole discretion. Following registration, dax68 may require you to complete a full KYC verification before certain features — including withdrawals — become accessible.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to verified bank accounts and e-wallets are ordinarily processed within 5 to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day including Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptionally high demand or where additional KYC verification is required. dax68 will notify the Player via account notification if a withdrawal is placed on hold for verification purposes.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be met:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified, including submission of a valid government-issued identity document.
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same name as the dax68 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any applicable Turnover Requirements attached to Bonus Funds in the Account must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of those funds.
• No open disputes, investigations, or account restrictions must be active on the Account at the time of the withdrawal request.

dax68 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Turnover Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Turnover Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, the default Turnover Requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Wagering toward a Turnover Requirement may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots only, or excluding live dealer games). Wagers placed on excluded game types do not count toward the requirement.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the validity period stated on the promotion will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any time. Players must exhaust or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Abuse and Fraud: dax68 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy Turnover Requirements, collusion with other Players, or creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Modification: dax68 reserves the right to alter the terms of any ongoing promotion, or to withdraw it entirely, at any time. Where a change materially affects existing Bonus Funds held in an Account, dax68 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email.

All wagers placed on the dax68 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), esports, or other formats available at dax68.lat. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Finality of Accepted Bets: Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all selections, stake amounts, and market conditions before confirming a bet.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by product, market, and Player account tier.
• Odds and Prices: For sportsbook products, odds are subject to change until the point at which a bet is confirmed by the system. dax68 operates on a "best odds at time of acceptance" basis. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, each selection must be individually valid for the accumulator to stand.
• Void and Refunded Bets: A bet may be voided at the Operator's discretion in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended before the event starts; an obvious pricing error is identified; or the event outcome is subject to an integrity investigation. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Account balance.
• Results and Settlement: All bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, the relevant esports tournament organiser). In the event of a discrepancy between the Platform and the official result, the official result takes precedence.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an obviously incorrect bet acceptance, price, or game outcome, dax68 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore the Account to its pre-error state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dax68 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over the Operator or other Players.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or accepting payment from others to fund bets on their behalf.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening dax68 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any dax68 content, software, or intellectual property without prior written consent.

dax68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• dax68 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder or mandated by a responsible gaming authority.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the Operator.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Real Money Funds that cannot be attributed to prohibited activities will ordinarily be returned to the Account holder following resolution of the investigation. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances. Where an Account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to retain all balances as a penalty.

Nothing in this clause shall limit dax68's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and dax68 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the dax68 support team at [email protected]. The support team will use reasonable endeavours to reach a resolution within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within the above timeframe, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the above, dax68 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms, particularly where irreparable harm to the Operator or its intellectual property is threatened.
